The Ohio Arts Council is a state agency funded by public investment in arts and culture. The Council consists of five collaborative offices: Executive Leadership, Investment, Organizational Programs, Innovation and Engagement, and Artist Programs/Percent for Art.
Executive Leadership Office
The Executive Leadership Office manages the Council’s work, board relations, legislative communications, and other internal and external relationships.
Operations & Public Affairs Office
The Operations & Public Affairs Office directs the agency's communications, major events, technology needs, and aids the Executive Leadership Office.
The Investment Office oversees all agency grant administration and grantmaking activities—including managing ARTIE, the OAC’s online grants system.
Organizational Programs Office
The Organizational Programs Office serves as the initial contact for nonprofits and other organizations seeking information about opportunities for OAC support. View and download the Organizational Programs Region Map to determine the coordinator for your county.
Innovation and Engagement Office
The Innovation and Engagement Office identifies professional learning opportunities, engages constituents through relevant content, and facilitates conversations surrounding innovative projects. This office is comprised of the arts learning office and the OAC’s Riffe Gallery.
Artist Programs/Percent for Art Office
The Artist Programs/Percent for Art Office administers programs, awards, and services for individual artists in Ohio and executes the state’s Percent for Art program.
