Staff Directory & Team Descriptions
The Ohio Arts Council is a state agency funded by public investment in arts and culture. The staff consists of several collaborative teams: Executive Leadership, Operations & Public Affairs, Investment, Arts Education & Organizational Programs, Artist Programs/Percent for Art, and the OAC Riffe Gallery.
The Executive Leadership team manages the Council’s work, board relations, funding, partnerships, policy, and top-level external relationships.
ARTS EDUCATION & Organizational Programs
The Arts Education & Organizational Programs team serves as the initial contact for arts institutions, nonprofits, educators, and other organizations seeking information about opportunities for OAC support. Those interested in arts education may contact one of two coordinators below, while organizations should view the Organizational Programs Region Map to determine the coordinator for their county.
The Investment team oversees all agency grant administration and grantmaking activities—including managing ARTIE, the OAC’s online grants system.
Operations & Public Affairs
The Operations & Public Affairs team directs the agency's communications, major events, legislative affairs, and technology needs, in aid of the Executive Leadership team.
Artist Programs/Percent for Art
The Artist Programs/Percent for Art team administers programs, awards, and services for individual artists in Ohio and executes the state’s Percent for Art program.
