The Ohio Arts Council (OAC) will place several programs on a funding hiatus during the FY2010/2011 biennium and reduce one program to a single deadline. The International Partnership and Capacity Building programs will be on hiatus for FY2010, Arts Innovation and International Partnership for FY2011 and the Arts Access program will accept applications only at the March 1, 2010 deadline.    more on OAC program funding hiatus...
