Handbook For A Successful Residency: For Schools, Community Organizations And Artists
The handbook is a user-friendly guide for anyone interested in finding out more about artist residencies in general. It is organized to take you through the entire process of conceiving, preparing for and conducting a residency. It also provides specific instructions for those who want to sponsor an artist residency and for artists who want to apply to the Artist in Residence Program.
Other features:
- An expanded Arts Learning Resource database to help you locate a wide range of valuable resources including organizations and materials.
- Video clips, which tell the residency story from start to finish.
- Arts Learning Artist Directory to learn more about the exciting range of Arts Learning artists working in dance, music, theatre, traditional arts and the visual arts.
Our handbook was developed by the Ohio Arts Council's Office of Arts Learning with support from the National Endowment for the Arts
