Governor's Awards 2020: Marshall C. Kimball, Arts Education Award Winner Marshall C. Kimball completed a 47-year teaching career upon retirement from Marietta College after 14 years of service. At Marietta College he was the chairman of the department of music, professor of music, and director of bands and instrumental activities.
